I find interesting that whenever I get into a conversation with someone regarding habits and the effect they have on their lives they immediately refer to their negative, bad habits, as opposed to their positive, good habits
I have seen it written, and my experience confirms, 95% of people have a tendency to link the word HABIT to negative experiences and aspects of their lives.
I would like you to keep this one fact in mind – negative habits slow you down and hold you back in life. On the other hand positive habits speed you up and move you forward in life.
With that in mind why would you even want to give negative habits a second thought? Wouldn’t it be far better to focus all your thinking and action on either developing new positive habits or reinforcing the positive habits I’m sure you already have.
So when the word HABITS is mentioned in the future why not make it a habit to focus on your existing positive, good habits and give thought to new positive habits that you would like to add to your life because you know deep down that they will give you a good inner feeling as you work on them and you move forward in life.
